    Agreements

      I, as the artist, reserve the right to

    • Use commissioned work as I see fit in a non-commercial way, displaying them on my website gallery for examples of client work.
    • Ask clients for proper government/state-issued IDs for proof of age, when appropriate.
    • Refuse any offer for commission work from clients.
    • Blacklist clients for breaking my TOS.

      • You, as the commissioner, may:

    • Use the commissioned work WITH CREDIT and not for profit (e.g. art graphics for streams, social media profiles, videos, icons, emotes for public/private use, etc.)

      • You, as the commissioner, may NOT:

    • Sell my art for profit (t-shirts, charms, stickers, etc.) without paying the commercial usage fee.
    • Use my work for NFTs or AI training.

    • Furries/Anthropomorphic Characters
    • Humans
    • OCs
    • Fandom
    • 'Suggestive'/Clothed Pin-ups for clients who can prove they are 18+
    • Mild Blood/Gore

    Will Not Draw
    • Outright NSFW/Fetish/Kink Art
    • Harmful content that attacks minority groups
    • Complex Armor/Mechs
    • Overly Detailed Outfits/Designs
    • Specific pieces of media (feel free to ask)

    Payment Policy
    • Payment has to be made before/at when I present the first sketch. I accept Paypal, Cashapp, and Venmo. I do not accept giftcards/other gifts unless under very specific circumstances.

    Refund Policy
    • You will be eligible for a full refund if requested before/during when the first sketch is shown. Otherwise, I will only refund half the full price after.
